McCabe Group completed the full fit-out and upgrade of office facilities within the warehouse development. The works focused on delivering a modern, functional, and efficient workplace environment, incorporating a mix of open-plan and enclosed office spaces alongside enhanced staff amenities. The project included the construction of breakout and meeting offices, a boardroom, grouped table work areas, and open desk spaces, together with the general upgrade of kitchen, toilet, and circulation areas. Modern design principles were applied throughout to improve usability, comfort, and overall office functionality.
