McCabe Group successfully delivered a comprehensive fit-out and mechanical services upgrade at Gem Plastics in Ballyhaise, Co. Cavan. The project included a new production and plant area with an adjoining two-storey office block, connected to the existing warehouse via a first-floor materials transfer bridge. Additional works comprised an extended loading bay, bicycle shelter, external plant, security hut, signage, and all associated ancillary sitework.
This project has enhanced both production and office facilities, providing modern, efficient, and fully commissioned systems. McCabe Group’s work ensured operational excellence, combining technical precision with high-quality installation standards, delivering results that exceeded client expectations.
