Breffni Air Industrial Unit
This project comprised the full development and delivery of a new facility, beginning with ground formation, foundation pads, and insulated floor slabs. Works included the erection of structural steelwork and cladding, together with full site excavation, roadways, and service installations. A new unit was constructed with associated sub-station, service pits, and mini pillars, supported by new ESB ducting, ring main sewerage, and gas tank installation.
The office buildings were fully fitted out, incorporating all mechanical and electrical services, while external works included new footpaths, tac-tile paving, street lighting, car parking, fencing, and boundary walls with feature stone entrance. Retaining walls were constructed around the site, and car park paving was carried out by Roadstone. The project was completed with a full review of site documentation, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality before handover and closeout.
