McCabe Group successfully delivered the renovation and fit-out of the existing file room in the basement of the main facility. The space was transformed into modern, high-quality office areas and meeting rooms. The works included the construction of internal partitions and ceilings, mechanical and electrical systems, installation of new doors, carpet tiles, and comprehensive IT and video comms systems. The refurbishment was completed to a very high standard, incorporating bespoke modern design elements, and was delivered on time, meeting all client requirements for quality and functionality.
